go to an image hosting site like

www.photobucket.com (seems to be down for the moment )
www.imagestation.com
www.imageshack.us (requires no registration)

upload them to one of these sites, and when it gives you the URL for the address of the pic you want, post that address between

tags without any spaces inside the tag.
