About 2 weeks ago I went to Alabama to attend a funeral. Coming home the state was lying new pavement. So I am driving Highway231, behind this 18 wheeler going about 55-60, when all of sudden I thought I was in a hail storm, That wasn't it *&#@! gravel, I had to stop and let the truck go, but then the on coming traffic was killing me to. I was sooo mad . What kinda ass backwards state lays gravel on a well traveled road. (Alabama). Also at the end of the road work they had a sign loose gravel, at the end of the &*%$# road work. I got home and looked at my car hood, put it like this I have to get my hood repainted. So where can i get bra for the front hood? I told my girl I am not going back until I get a bra for my car.

dang......I just moved out of Troy (Troy State University) 4 months ago. It's right on 231 30 miles out of Mongomery. But i'm originally from Mobile. N E way your right. the road are crap. When I used to travel down 231 everyone from the area usually ride at least 5-10 carlenghts back to avoid rocks being kicked up at you. I love the back country roads in the area though. One thing I hate about Atlanta though (besides the never-ending road work) is the huge metal slabs they lay in the middle of the street. (I guess to cover potholes.
