I have 1995 legend coupe ls with 19's. I have H&R's with Koni's all around on the lowest setting, about a 2" drop. I have no rub whatsoever. I have 19x215, 35 series. No bent rims luckily, but one big bubble in my sidewall, hehe.
i have 19x7.5 with 44mm offset. these will not normally fit on the legend. you will need at least 48 mm to fit. youcan pull u'r fenders out to make the rims fit.
as for bending, youcan expect to bent them with 35series tires. guaranteed. that's the price you pay for *bling bling* .

How bout some of you guys other than Dawk get off your tails and show us pics of the 19's!! Really though, I love seeing pics of big rims on legends...I'm getting ancy...go grab a cam and take some pics people...
From info gleamed from previous posts over the past two years, a 19 inch wheel application is very prone to damage. Just make sure you order an extra wheel or two (if directional) along with extra center caps. If you damage one beyond repair you do not want to have to buy a new complete set of wheels if/when your wheel mfgr no longer makes your model of wheel.
I ran into this problem 1x, and once was enough for me.
Yup, spare wheels are a good investment with 19". Like my C5, it's no longer produced, so I will have very hard time if I want to get one more wheel. So get spare wheel.
go check out wheelmax.com they have some ecolution C-5 for a great price. I have 215/35 tires on my 18 with a +45 offset and a 2.5in drop front and a 2in back. Do you think a 235/45 or whatever would fit b.c the tires are SO small i dont wana bend a rim. It does not rub now so how much do you think the next size up tire will make a difference?
I really liked these rims becaus it has that sort of AMG Benz wheel type of look....
I actually just had to sell them yesterday, sold them for $1100 still in brand new condition.... I am trying to pay cash for this 1992 LS Coupe for $7500
