So i installed everything right that i know of.. The radio plays the subwoofers and bose 6x9's.. but when i want to play a CD it only plays through the subs and not the inside 6x9.. Is it because i used a wiring harness that went from my factory one to the Alpine one or what? I noticed they had a yellow plug in and a blue one as well that didnt match up with anything and i already had all wired matched up.. Do I need to re-wire the whole system from door to door and cut out the use of the amp?

Hey, I the same problem. I hooked the extra blue wire to the power ant wire coming out of the car and that seemed to do it.

Oh alright, cuz i put the red plug which i believe is for the radio, i had a yellow plug and that one blue one that goes into the factory deck.. Blue is remote last time i checked, i will cut the phone like looking jack on the wire and connect it to the deck and subs and see what happens...
