Ok so here is the deal. There are a few scenarios in relation to what will happen with my car. (First you should know that a couple days ago we found out that my car has never cleared customs and at present time can not be licenced.)
1. We figure out the customs issue and insurance does not total it and everything is happy and well. (I want this to happen)
2. We can't figure out customs and the dealer buys it back at the price we bought it.
3. Customs is cleared, but insurance totals it. I would like to take the amount they would give us without taking the car and fixing it with that in this scenario.
Why can't I go three months without having to deal with some idiot wrecking my car? GRRRRRR!
