Depending on where you live or how you store your car, your attenna assembly may just get soaked into moisture/water and eventuall got stuck (not operating).
It is real easy to detect if it is motor or mast, you can hear motor "rolling" noise when you turn your key (right before you actually ignite car). If you don't hear any motor rolling even if you turn the radio on, chances are your motors are out. Then, try to find some replacement motor.. you don't need to order Acura genuine which costs 300~400 bucks easily. Search ebay.
If your motor is still rolling, it is attenna mast, which is relatively A LOT cheaper and easy to replace..
