Any tips on shaving the emblems on the trunk off??

There will be holes behind the A and the LEGEND emblems, no the ACURA one.

To remove them, some use dental floss but that didn't work for me. Make sure the glue behind is a little warm to make it easier. The best is to use a thin rigid metal shim to just pry them off. My bro works at a body shop and that's what he did to remove mine...

There were holes behind my Acura, Legend and A emblems

The best way to remove emblems is with a heat gun and a piece of fishing line. You can yse dental floss, but it tends to break, and doesn't work nearly as well. Just keep the heat gun about 6 inches in fron of the emblem, and move it back and forth to warm the adhesive, then just slide the fishing line behind the emblem, and move it from one side to the other in a sawing like motion. then simply use some adhesive remover, such as goof off, to remove the remaining adhesive. If there is a "ghost" left behind, using a clay bar or a mild rubing compound will remove it for you no problem. Hope this helps, best of luck.

Since you have a 93, I'm assuming you have the "ACURA" on the top left of the trunk, "LEGEND" on the top right and the "A" in the middle above the key hole. Only the "A" will leave holes.

The only ones I still have are the old gold emblems from my 91 coupe.

I have both in gold but it will need to be repainted because the gold has for the most part chipped off. Let me know if you are still interested.

I can take some pics tomorrow. I'll sell you the front emblem, all three rear emblems and two gold license plate frames for a good price.

It's not shaved. I replaced the gold with brand new chrome emblems. I totally forgot to take pics. I'll try to later on.

Alright, so it's been said how to take the emblems off... but any tips on how to complete the "shaving" process... what to use to fill the holes, etc., because I know the holes cannot be accessed through the bottom of the trunk....

Go to a body shop, it's not like you are going to be able just stick a cork in it.

The proper thing to do would be to have a body shop weld the holes, then bondo, sand, prime, paint.
