Yo that engine looks like its got alot more than 89K !!!

 

Looks like the oil filter had been removed so I would worry about dirt and it looks like the car was driven in hell fro six weeks from all of the suit on the engine. The motor that I took out of my coupe with 178k miles looked better.

 

Mine has 180k and it looks 10 times better than this one. I laughed out loud when I saw this, I just had to post it

The engine doesnt look so bad, the concrete/etc. backround makes it look worse. These engines are great and $200us isnt bad if im looking for one to throw in a crx or a hand built airplane. I have 2 engines that look similar, not for sale, and they all run perfect, with atleast 200,000miles. The engines can go up to 500,000miles or more if properly maintained.

 

So you think that engine would go over 250,000 miles with just a little tlc. I diagree strongly. Its sittingoutside and is probably full of dirt and other crap. Yes these engine do go for a long time but not after looking like that. After it gets to that stage a brand new JDM engine would be a much smarter purchase.
