and How much should I expect to Pay For Just the Door Handles???

It all depends...

All depends on what shop you take it too...to do it the right way you will want to weld in a filler piece then use some glass filler and body filler to smooth it all out-- but it will cost ya. I would say around $500 maybe to do the two door handles and antenna...but don't forget you gotta paint and that'll cost you!
