ebay spark plugs

Is this a good price for them? Will these work on my 94 LS sedan?
Also what do they mean by 3 gap stages?

I've seen them on eBay a hundred times, and NEVER for anything less than $69 bucks. I wolud really like to know if the whole part about the 5-10HP gain is true.
