About a year ago I placed an order with them on-line. After two weeks I wanted to know what the status was but I could not reach them by phone and they did not return my e-mails.
About a month, maybe a month and half after that I received an e-mail from them asking if I still wanted what I ordered.
The good news(if you can call it that) is they never charged my credit card so I didn't have to go through the hassle of having them credit it.
