I will follow the DIY and have my cousin, a master tech from NC, watch over my shoulder. He is willing to forgo his weekend and drive 4 hrs to Atlanta to help me.

My cousin is da bomb! when it comes to import cars and families. Last time he drove down just to get a bolt off, my harmonic balancer came off. Then I did not have a 1000+ ft. lbs. impact, pulley chain, or that othe tool then. Now I have them all.

He once got a $300 tip from Hendricks Racing for fixing the guy's BMW, after the dealer f*k it up and put a hose in the wrong place. This was after only 20 min. at his shop. The owner hadn't even made it home yet. He charged only $30 for labor.

Let me know if anyone in the Hickory, Charlotte areas need an honest tech. This guy is will not go after your money.
