Automatic Transnission snap pin removal???

Transmission filter replacement. Need I say more? I'm having issues trying to figure out how to remove these snap pins. Any suggestions please? I can't even locate them!!! I searched the PDF, and thread DIY, but found nothing... It just says to remove them.

nevermind... they're called dowel pins... and it only takes slight tapping with a hammer to remove the pan! Thanx anyhow.
