With the GS being my 4th car, I have not really stressed the seats. The material seems thick enough to last a long time and as duck notes, it takes 15-30 minutes to slip on depending on the size of your hand since it requires you to get into tight spaces. I actually made a snake out of a coat hanger to pull the staps through the tight places. If you take the seats out I sure you will get a much better result. They are nicely padded, actually hold you better in the curves and the color makes them look OEM.
