How do those number change when comparing a Type II with mods like intake and exhaust, before and after the chip. Do the gains increase?

A type II with 230 hp would probably be running about 245hp with an intake and cat back exhaust, does that mean that the 16hp increase in the chip will be added to that 245hp to make it 261hp, if not, perhaps a greater increase?

Hi godfather

I timed performance improvements with each upgrade. Intake, then exhaust then chip. I'd say the effects are cummulative. The Dinan Stage II chip was designed to go with both enhanced intake and exhaust. If you're running stock intake and exhaust, Dinan recommended a Stage I chip.
