Hi Legend lovers,

I'm about to order fuel injectors to my 1991 Legend coupe and I was wondering if I go with genuine remanufactured or with new OEM ones. What are the best OEM injectors out there. I found some genuine ones on eBay and also looked the ones on Rockauto.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Why are you replacing them?

If your engine is stock, I wouldn't worry too much about genuine Honda vs. aftermarket, new vs. re-manufactured. Sometimes the price point of new vs. re-manufactured is pretty close or even upside down. I'd be weary of ebay sellers.

If you want flow-matched, etc., you might want to get them from an injector service company. I don't know if they do Keihin injectors but you might try Southbay or Fuel Injector Connection. I've used FIC for my GM car injectors and have been more than satisfied with their service. Southbay has a good rep as well.

Once you get them don't let them sit on the shelf too long. Sometimes the fluid used to flow/preserve the injector has a tendency to gum up if left sitting too long (don't ask me how I know this).

Replace the seals and cushion rings. You can reuse the insulators.
