I have not had the good fortune to change my MC, but I have changed others in the past. Not sure of how exactly the Legend MC setup is but I remember in the past having problems with another car when I changed the MC and it was due to the adjuster at the tip of the MC push rod(the stem that responds to the brake pedal and pushes into the MC). It was adjusted to far UP(or in) and braking was off until I set it right. Again I'm not sure if our cars are anything like this, just trying to give some ideas. Good luck

Here looked in the helm and there is a push rod adjustment procedure(so they are adjustable). Here is the link: Acura Legend Online Service Manual (Page: 0685)

If you didn't change your rotors and pads again, nor did you change the calipers. I'm thinking that it was the pushrod, or combo of push rod and poor bleeding. Still really think it was the pushrod though cause you could really teach a monkey to bleed brakes, it's not that hard, and I don't think a monkey can beat you.
