Brake issue

Recently just got my 92 legend running again and I replaced all the old brake fluid and bled the brakes using a hand vacuum pump. Now when I drive the brakes will work and feel fine but after drive for a while the predal will become super stiff and the pads will start sticking so bad that Ill be in the 2-3000 RPM range just to keep the car going like 20-25 mph, if I pull over and turn the car off for a few minutes then turn it back on will will be fixed and run normal for a while. Also my ABS light is on if that matters. Any idea what this might be or what I should check? Thanks in advance.
