can someone tell me how to get ahold of the smart antenna guy

a couple weeks ago i read a post about a guy in san diego that sells the device to make your power antenna go down when your changer is on. I tried to call the guy but the number was disconnected. Anyone have a way to get ahold of him as i want the relay.

does this device also lower then antenna when your playing a tape?
