it makes a tiny motion when I do the locks but it won't open...
I tried to do it manually and it won't budge...
How do I get it opened? I took out the fuse to do it manually and that didn't work...Help!!!

my passenger front door did this I ended up useing vice grips with a rag to pad the jaws and gently pulled up seems to work ok since

My coupe door does this if the seat belt metal tip gets caught in the door sill.
I roll down the window, open the outer latch and put my shoulder to the door.
Ummmph; and it opens.

hey contact, did you snap or break anything inside the lock mechanism when you used the vice grips? What caused this to happen?

this morning I keyed in on the passenger side door to put a bag on the seat and all the doors unlocked including the back passenger one that wasn't unlocking. I went ahead and took the fuse out to lock all doors manually excluding this one. I'm afraid that I will run into the same problem again. Any ideas on why it just decided to open? Eventualy I have to lock the door, should I take a look under the door cover and see what's going on first?
