It sounds like the main relay is starting to go bad.
Car dosn't restart for 5 minutes, like vapour lock
My 93 Legend, almost 200K miles, occasionally won't restart after shutting down, eg when filling up with gas. This has been happening for a while, and still happens after a recent tune up. We have to wait 5-10 minutes, then it's good. This is just like vapor lock, except this also happens on cold days when the car has just been running for a few minutes. Any ideas?

If you turn the key and the dash lights don't illuminate than it would be the ign switch. If you turn the key to the II position and don't here the fuel pump priming than the main relay.
