I'm gonna register / title / insure my car for VA , and I'm driving it down tomorrow, and I want to make sure it passes inspection. I'm not sure it will w/ the rotors it has installed now, to be honest.

got a set for the rear from Ebay. just sitting around. when I recieved them, they had surface rust, so I had them turned about a month ago. still had the hoda paper on em.
