Sweet, looks nice and matches the interior too.

It's illegal, but tinting the front windshield helps to cool the car down alot, you wouldn't believe how much it helps even with the lightest tint.

l did it on mine and have not have any probs with the local law enforcement or with the State Inspections/emissions-been almost 8 years now.
Knock on wood.:D :D
Not sure what the Canadian laws are, but out here in California... I have tints on all windows minus the front, what I simply do is park AWAY from the sun, to prevent wear on the seats from the sun.
The law varies from province to province, and here in Alberta, the law says that you cannot have any tint past the front beam.... so basically you cant have your side windows tinted. Ontario I know you can have a certain percentage, but I am not sure of the other provinces.

3/4 of my cars have been tinited now, and I have not had one ticket....its only $28, but they (cops) usually will scratch a big chunk out of your window or make you scrape it off right on the spot.. The RCMP (federal cops) are known for being real dix about tinted windows... they even will tow your car if you do not comply with them.

Scratch off in front of you?

Mummmmm I head of that but,, I do not know how my reaction would be in a situation like that.

I feel I would be slightly ****ING MAD What the ****.
Let the court handle it.

But................. Thats my OP
That's a nice tint job! It looks real good on the car too.......almost like it was meant to be that way. Well worth the money spent.

I always see people driving around with big X's in their front windshield, or huge chunks missing. They do this so that it looks so ridiculous that you have to take the rest of it off. And that is even worse because then you are stuck with cleaning all the glue off which makes a huge mess, and during rain and on cold days, it fogs up instantly:rolleyes:

GHost...thanx....I also thought that it looked kinda like what a factory tint would look like. The guy told me that it would look closer to factory when he was done, and when I came back, I saw he was right... I liked it.. and maybe I can pull the "its factory, I swear officer" line with the cops (any factory tint is not illegal):)
I think in Ontario the law is 35%. I have 15% all around (not windshield) and have never had any problems. Just keep your roof open, and roll down windows when you get stopped (not that I get stopped a lot ... one time for no front plate ... I love Ottawa :D )
