Here's a problem i'm having. The cigarette lighter has no power. The lighter doesn't work, and if I put in a adapter for a cd or phone there is still no power. I have a copy of the diagram for the circuit diagram, but was wondering if there was an easy fix like fuse somewhere else. The fuse box is fine all fuses good.

There is only one other electrical problem I have and that is my trunk light (the trunk still opend by the button on driver door) but I get no light on in my trunk AND you know the instrument cluster how the first couple seconds the array lights up (the red lights that are open doors, trunk, brake light malfunction, well when the car is on, if a door is open, the corresponding light comes on. but NOT the trunk light when the trunk is open. And since my car is a 90 LS it is supposed to retract the antenna when the trunk is opened (since 90's have the tailfin). The antenna doesn't retact at all. One of my masts was destroyed and a nice paint chip was made when a friend just opened the trunk up.

Any ideas?

Thanks

If you've installed a 3rd party head unit, power to the antenna probably was effected. Since the cig lighter and trunk light are on the same circuit, they have the same malady.

Could be a fuse. Check and replace weak ones. Sometimes the filiment doesn't burn all the way through like they're supposed to.
