As Tubby noted, you can adjust the clutch pedal...make sure you reset the switches that are dependent on pedal position.
I have noted that Honda cars and motorcycles with hydraulic clutches have a late engagement and no slip at engagement. You get it all at once....My NSX is like that and always has been, same for my ST1100...neither of which has been abused or any wear in clutch. Of course if you are noticing a difference from previous feel and position it is either time to adjust pedal or replace clutch.
