I know the retired Alpine CHM-S620 worked with through Bose Premium deck with the right harness. Anyone know if any of the current Alpine models can also be controlled though this deck?

None of the AI-NEt ones.

But the CHM-S601 works.

even that one isn't available anymore. I am thinking the M-Bus CHM-S630 which is their only non AI-Net one

Yes, it will work. Alpine M-Bus is Alpine M-Bus. There is no different from the new one and the old one.
