Well, I checked my oil today and realized my car had burned off about a quart of oil in the last month, which is alot more than usual, but it is wintertime, so I filled it back up.

I checked my coolant at this time, and noticed that my coolant was slightly cloudy and a little bit of film dripped off the cap. The car had been driven about a half an hour before and the coolant was still smoking (cold night).

I checked the oil and there appears to be no milky residue.

Am I being paranoid? (No overheating, have full heat, not much smoking).

Kinda cloudy. Not seeing white specs in it or anything. Its just not pure green. Like it has some sort of film in it, sort of like its coagulating.

Dirt and stuff may have got into ur radiator. If ur that worried take the plugs out and examine them.
