Well this job was not that hard considering that a dremel goes a long way for doing custom work? You will see an over all better response from the 2.7.in hp and torque. Oh and send your brain to jet chip company!

Actually using the dryer hose is one of the better things I have seen to make a G1 intake. I think there is a DIY somewhere that says to use dryer hose. I really like that his filter seams to be mounted up in the engine bay. I have seen that one inline filter, but I am curious to see what he came up with.

I think Body9599 did something similar where he routed dryer hose from the airbox to the Resonator Housing making it a CAI while still using the stock plumbing....i would imagne the only drawback being the restricted airflow created by the airbox cover....but hey...cold air is cold air right??

i used a complete dryer hose....and used part of the hose.....the part where the pcv hose goes into.
i reset my ecu (it threw a code) and yesterday the response was great.......
