Sorry I've been super busy with the new job and haven't been on here as much. I finally received a set of prototype lenses a couple of weeks now for the Sedans. They seem to be pretty good. However, there are some little tweaking that will need to be made. Some of the clear sections are not straight. The OEM engravings on the lenses are not straight, and so are the lines in the clear sections. They do not line up too well with the factory chrome dividers once installed. But fitment is overall very good, which I'm happy about. I've submitted the revisions to the company and should be expecting the newly updated lenses very soon. Also, pricing is going to be $250 shipped per set due to the size and difficulty. (These are way bigger than the Coupes). Overseas shipping for these 2 lenses alone cost the same as 5 sets of Coupe lenses.

Might be interested in a set for a sedan. How dificult is the installation process? I'm assuming the stock plastic lenses are removed through a heating process and the rcr are glued on. Is this correct?

 

Very correct. You can either use the oven or a heat gun. Patience is key.

Alrighty ladies and gents. The moment you have been waiting for has arrived. I am pleased to present to you (again), The Sedan All Clear and R/C/R (Revised) lenses. These are made from a different vendor. They've given us these 2 samples to show their capability. The quality of these I must say, is almost perfect. Probably about 98% perfect. There are no haziness, blemishes, cracks, uneven lines, or anything like that. This is as close to perfect as hand made could possibly get. Fitment is 100% perfect. There are even mounting tabs at the outer edges (like OEM) and they all lined up perfectly with the housing. This is even better quality than any Coupe lenses I have ever seen.

Also on the brighter side. I heard news from my contact guy (who's suffered a stroke last month) that he's getting better. Slowly, but better. These were produced prior to his little incident and just never got shipped out. Now they're finally here. He said he will try to fulfill the rest of the orders with this new vendor. It will of course, take a little time. Please be patient.

Pricing from this new vendor comes to $275 shipped + Paypal fees. Local pickups can get em for $250 Cash.

NOTE: There's even tab clips (just like OEM)

hey legend_101, i will send paypal on the 5th of next month. thats when i get paid. from the pic it seems like there are 2 different kind of cleartop/redbottom. some of them look like they got red outline and some dont. am i mistaking or see things? but the red outline does look good tho. please reply back and let me know if they are the same. thanks!!

You're not seeing things.. there's 3 different options for the coupes.

 

Which ones do you have left for the coupes? I'd be interested in a set.
