I just had both of my CV Axles replaced and wanted to know if the old axles are worth anything. Are they worth keeping or trying to sell?

My car sure handles and steers a lot better, it feels as tight as the day I bought it. It was well worth the cost of replacing.

I have always turned my old ones in when I purchased. I think I got about a $50 credit each. Check your reciept to see if you paid a core charge. They will usually refund it when you bring the old ones back.

Axles

No receipt, I purchased these off of the internet. I provided all of the parts to be replaced and they gave me the old parts back. Just checking to see if they were worth keeping or anything.

you can take them to a drive train shop and have the remanufactured and put them away so when the new ones you have wear out you will have another set.
