The lower left dash panel on my driver's side is loose, it moves up and down a little. I have been looking for the screw, etc., to tighten it up but can't find any.

Any body know where the screw(s) might be?

If you are talking dash panel under the steering wheel, then there are three screws.

1 - Behind the TCS control switch. Pop it out and you will see it.
2 - Under your hood latch.
3 - far right side, just underneath the ignition switch.

If so... there are 3 screws

behind the fog light assy
behind the hood latch
on the corner closest to the gas pedal
