Well to be completely honest I don't know. I have installed several decks into sedans but never taken apart a coupe. The head unit may be the same, but I fear that the mounting hardware may be different. If there is anyone who wants to take off the trim piece that surrounds the head unit exposing the mounting structure of the coupes, and post a pic, I should be able to tell if the mounting is the same. I can also try in the next day or two to get my hands on a coupe and see for myself. We'll see.

hey kirky....will you be will to do this kind of sale at a later time? cuz i really like the kit but i dont have a Bill to spare, i have other things to take care of first(engine repairs)....and if there is no group thing next time....how much would it be for one person?

Excellent guys. I'm gonna give this until the end of next week to let the stragglers join in, then we will figure out the $$ and payment situation. I am happy that I can help in some way to other Legend owners with my skills. This is great.

Confirmed:
Bootleg - w/blue lights
PNJNYC - w/blue lights (fellow desert mist owner)
FuSioNpNoY - w/blue lights
Stratoknight - w/red lights
chlo3 - w/ blue lights

Any others that would like to be confirmed????

I am sorry Kirky, but some things came up and I will not have the cash to spare now. Hope that does not cause problems for the group.

Maybe I will be able to talk to ya in the future about a kit.

:( :( VERY sad. It is a nice kit.

This is way to expensive you can basically do it yourself, but hmmmmm you make it your price. I have seen this before and it does take some personal time to create, for future reference it will fit the coupe, it will be a tight fit, but its possible, you will also need a mount in the back to hold the stereo... I wish i could show a picture, just got no time. I pretty much have the samething. Maybe i should start selling it, the do it yourself manual hmmmmmmmmmmmmm ;) :p :p :p :p :p

That's your opinion, a stupid one, but it's yours. Most people don't have the tools or the resources to manufacture these type of items. Call any Car Toys, Good Guys, or any stereo shop would charge a bundle to make one of these for somebody. $75 is a great deal, and most people have no problem paying this for the service. For people who have the install knowledege like you or me, something like this may seem simple and not a problem to spend the time to make. But for people who aren't expirienced in the art of custom install, this would be considered a very difficult application. So from one installer to another, mind your own "P's" and "Q's" chief.

very true..or for people who barely have enough time to sleep between work, school, and the rest of their life...id rather pay for something to be done right then waste my time doing the same thing more then once...doesn't mean im made of money tho so the lower the better. -=)

I'm hoping that I will be able to start making them this weekend, or early next week. I've never made them in bunches like this, so I can't be too exact. I will need to spend a day getting the supplies, a day getting the lights, a day getting them frosted, and hopefully only two or three days cutting them out. I work from, 1pm to 10pm monday through thursday, so that is a little constricting, but I will do my best.

count me in

i want one too, with some blue neons pleaze
