im getting ready to move from california to denver and im worried about my legend. its been in hot climate its WHOLE like (first phoenix then sacramento). what do you think are some things i might want to take into consideration before i move?

i plan on getting a tune-up before i move but is there anything else i might be missing? i know the summer in denver will probably be like sacramento so im not really concerned about my legend then, its the winters im worried about.

any help would be appreciated!

thanks!

The salt/magnesium on the highway is a b!tch. You have to make sure you wash your car after every storm in the winter. The drivers out here suck, so drive carefully, though I imagine you get bad drivers everywhere. ;)

Do you have experience driving on snowy/icy roads? That is probably the biggest thing.

well heres the thing... i think the snowy roads will be a problem. ive NEVER driven in the snow before :). ive lived in warm climate places my WHOLE life :)

ive heard the drivers in denver are a$$holes, but we got some of those people here in CA too.

Legend"11 is your car lowered? im thinking about getting mine lowered and dont know how much to go down and still be able to drive the car in denver (with the potholes you mentioned).

when i get there we can talk about pimpin in our legends... i can see it now *dream* imagining a big mob of integras ricing around the streets, all of a sudden..... what this?!?!..... legends! *dream* then we smoke em all. lol, thatd be great. i get too many integras here in Folsom (sacramento area) that is not even funny, i see on average about 10 a day all riced out. its pitiful!

Potholes aren't that bad, but there is a lot of road work going on over here, especially in the south Denver area. An H&R drop isn't bad, but if you really worry about it, just get Ground Control coilovers.

Denver drivers are ass holes, but not more so than anywhere else. And we do have our share of ricers.

As for snowy driving, it isn't so bad just take it slow. Don't be like these out of state asses we get that come here and think they are the god of driving and drive like they normally drive. ;)
