DIY: Oil Change

For those that don't know, I made a DIY on how to change your oil!

Yeah, I had to do an instruction manual for my technical writing class. So I made it for changing oil. Borrowed images from the service manual.

Could this be moved to DIY? I can't post in the DIY section.

Wow, good job, that DIY is very professional looking. Maybe if in the next lifetime I am reborn with a vagina, I shall use your DIY.
It was hard to remember every "detail." Turn wrench CLOCKWISE! Do not eat oil! Do not support car with balsa wood, etc.
Nicely done.

Regarding the last symptom for troubleshooting: our car's filter is designed to fit upward, so you can/should fill up the filter with oil before installing it on. That will easily fix that symptom, as well as save a few seconds of the engine having to wait to circulate the oil thru the filter the first time. my .02
Changing your oil with the engine warm fixes that problem too. I only had it happen when I went out and did it in 25 degree weather without turning it on first. Duh. Had to let the oil drain for an hour or two.

lol
My friend's coupe had the drain plug hole stripped by the quick change bozo's prior that the prior owner had. Man people still don't put in a new 25 cent crush washer at each change. I always torque mine to 30lbs.
