The only problem that I have with my Coupe is the fact that they didn't install any drink holders! $40K+ car and no where to sit your drink! Anyway, I found a site that sells them, and I wanna know what yall think...........too bulky, not classy enough, etc.

I talked to a receptionist and she said that they don't make any for our cars (of course). I even asked about a group buy, and she said that they wouldn't even consider it unless it was somewhere around a thousand dollars. They do sell a "Universal" one can be done in the color of our interiors (if available). I was considering two on the center armrest in my interior color or maybe on the door somewhere. The drink holder in the center console sucks a nut. The thing can't hold anything bigger than a fricken coke can. $40K plus and no drink holder indeed.

Oh well. Since I got new leather there is no drinking in my car and all beverages must be transported in a capped container, meaning no drinks with straws.

Ghost - thanks for the word, these are the best looking holders I've seen so far, and the dude insists on shipping me one as a gift because I live in Australia - apparently he was taken with the aussie contingent at the ocsars - go figure. They might be a bit old skool for the G2's but I'm thinking they'll go well in the g1.

Since I have a G2 auto, I have a cupholder but one of these is mounted on the passenger side of the console. Works extremely well....

Cant we just get the top of the arm rest from an auto, and put it on our manual. I bet the parking break handle gets in the way when up, but I think it will clear the shifter. I am sure if it is possible someone has done it. Please let me know.

Yes, I did that before, and while the cupholder didn't interfere anything, but as soon as you have something on it, like a can or a glass or water, or cup, that's start to get ugly. You cannot shift like normally you would want to shift. Yes you still can shift like a stupid people. So finally I removed mine, and back to the old days no cupholder. So now the cupholder just sitting around at my apartment. So, if you want to buy it, let me know, but I already warn you about the possible problem that you might encounter.

CUP HOLDER?!?!?!?!

I have a G2 Coupe with an automatic and I have no cup holder. I am also glad I don't have a cup holder-WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE THINKING-NO FOOD OR DRINK SHOULD EVER BE ALOUD IN A LEGEND. IF YOU ARE THAT THIRSTY GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND TELL THEM YOU ARE DEHYDRATED-BECAUSE EVEN THAT IS NOT A GOOD EXCUSE TO EAT OR DRINK IN A LEGEND!

I use this cup holder that I bought from some online Acura dealer. It fits in front of the center arm rest. Works very well.

I mostly use it to hold change and other small items.

sorry guys, but I am either driving 5 miles or hundeds on the interstate. I have to have a cup holder. I am tired of my bottles sliding in the gap betweeen the seat and the door. I have a hard time driving and getting them. I need a cup holder, even if only for a few minutes. My personal tastes do not fit the ones I have found. I will buy your armrest if it is black leather. Let me know. I am now going to start my search for one.

Hey, that passenger side console drink holder would be nice, better than nothing wouldn't you say? Adhesive would work for me if it was strong enough. I got my own cheesy one since I have a 4 dr auto, my passengers are all out of luck.
