Driver side window won't go down.

Hey guys, I'm having problems with my driver side window on my 1990 Acura Legend. When I try to roll it down it will only go down by an inch, and then it makes a popping noise like the window is caught on something. I tried looking into my car manual but I couldn't find anything really related to my problem.

Anyone know what might be stopping my window from going down?
