You need to take off the door panel. Just take out those two screws under the arm rest and the one behind the inside (chrome) door handle and then pull 'till the clips release. Undo the electrical connections for the light and trunk release and the door panel will come right off. Once that is done, you will see the screws for removing the arm rest. Fairly easy.
