i just noticed that the ebrake is no longer holding. i just replaced the rear breaks and noticed that the dr. brake was gone and the pass break was almost new!! also the pass caliper for the ebrake hinge is seized. the dr. caliper is aok and the ebrake cables are all fine. with everything adjusted write my ebrake still dosent work, even if i adjust at the ebrake it still wont grab enough. any suggestions.

Are you adjusting the cable on e brake (just behind the front arm rest).
What you need to do is - lift the rear of the vehicle.
Click the Ebrake handle 4 clicks.
Remove the rear tires - and adjust the drum style Ebrake shoes. Pop off the rubber gromet on the rotor and position to hole at 6. Look and find an adjuster assy - insert a screw driver into the teeth and pivot (against the rotor's view hole) upwards. Continue this until your rotor will NOT turn anymore.
Repeat process with the other side.
The fact that you only clicked the Ebrake handle 4 clicks will compensate holding strenght with 6 clicks.

The E-brake is a DRUM brake system.
This is separate from our DISC brake system on the 4-wheels.
Your DISC brakes could "go out" and you should be able to slow and stop the car with the E-brake.
Like KNLNGUS said, it may need adjusting.
To further KNLNGUS, I would also pull off the rear rotors and check to see if there is any meat still on the pads.
Changing is relatively easy, about a 2hr job - if you haven't done them before.
ASIDE: Acura wanted to charge me over $350 CDN to get this done.
Told them I'd do it my self. Parts are pretty cheap - less than $100 if memory serves.

Many Many Many people only change the pads and completely forget about the shoes. Although technically there should always be good meat on them... after 100k of use, it might be about time.

Each brake shoe should cost no more than $11.00 so that would be like $50.00 for the shoes and everything else you should be able to lube and reutilize.
