Are you adjusting the cable on e brake (just behind the front arm rest).
What you need to do is - lift the rear of the vehicle.
Click the Ebrake handle 4 clicks.
Remove the rear tires - and adjust the drum style Ebrake shoes. Pop off the rubber gromet on the rotor and position to hole at 6. Look and find an adjuster assy - insert a screw driver into the teeth and pivot (against the rotor's view hole) upwards. Continue this until your rotor will NOT turn anymore.
Repeat process with the other side.
The fact that you only clicked the Ebrake handle 4 clicks will compensate holding strenght with 6 clicks.
