Is it absolutely necessary to get your legend re-aligned after installing Eibachs on it. Only 1.0r and 1.1f. Has anyone gone without a re-alignment without serious problems. Tires wearing on the inside etc... And if I need a re-alignment, should I drive the car for a few days to let the springs set in before I re-align it

I have a sedan and I never got the alignment after the springs, but I did have one about a month before I got the springs put on. I do notice I m somewhat out of alignment when braking, but I don't think it is because of the springs. I personally didn't have any problem, but that doesn't necessarily apply to your car. To be safe if I were you, I would get the alignment.

It's been 3 weeks now since I got my koni/eibach w/o alignment. I was going to do it last week but just didn't have the chance to. The car feels same as before the springs. The car went straight and no problems. Only thing I'm worried about is the uneven tire wear due to camber. I'll probably get it aligned with camber next week.

Yes. Even if the camber is withing Acura specs, the toe setting is off as well. The toe setting will go into a toe out situation, and that will also wear down the inner part of the tire. Often much more so than negetive camber.
