How do I remove the factory piece of plastic where the factory fog lights would be on my coupe?

Just pull'em out. It doesn't pull easily, but it should pull straight out. There are two clips on either side and nothing supporting it in the middle

Depends on the year. For the 94-95 year, you simply pop them out. For the 91-93 year, you have to remove the 1 phillips screw from the inder side, and then you can pop them out.
