I have the Bose rear speakers out of my car that I replaced with new JBL speakers. The Bose speakers are in perfect working order but I just don't need them anymore. pictures are now posted below

I should not have replaced them - the new JBLs don't sound any better :wtf:

I can send them to you inside the JBL box .... let me know

the price is $60 including shipping

Sorry, I forgot to post the pics, I will shortly.

Yes they were working 100% perfectly. There was no static or any other problems. I replaced them with $200 JBL speakers hoping the stereo would sound better .... and it sounds exactly the same !

How did you know the amp is bad? Did you have it tested or something?

I have the Bose 2100, 2 ohm, 80W system and I think it sounds bad now. I have been trying to figure out what to do. I like the clean OEM headunit look, but I want MP3 and USB support. I also don't like my CD in the trunk. Starting to sound like a major change...

You are only partly correct.
The OEM Bose premium system will work perfectly with any 2 ohm speaker.

2 ohm speaker are a lot harder to find - as most car audio is 4 ohms - but if you get 2 ohm speakers you can use non Bose speakers.

i've seen bose systems that run from .5 up to 2 and 8 or 10. instead of finding speakers that will work for bose its a lot better to just change the head and speakers altogether. the sound will be much better especially if you add a aem amp. sorry i thought you didn't have car audio knowledge so i said bose works with bose as a simple answer. Are the jbl's 2 ohm?
