I would like to get the front grill and the sedan mirror on driver side (driver on right seat in Australia)

 

Shipping to Australia is expensive, the mirror and grill would be $125 shipped (parts $50 and shipping $75 plus paypal fees).

 

is that based on weight? volume? or there is a minimal to shipped to australia?

It is based on weight and partially on length of the grill. There is a fixed rate box that the mirror will fit into (large box) but the grill will not. You can get an idea on the rates yourself at USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) (the US post office).
