Regarding coil-overs, there's no need to suffer a spring too soft. As long as you know your current spring rate, you can order stiffer springs through Eibach in their ERS series. They come in various lengths, too, which helps if you're running into a coil bind situation.

From a PM exchange I had last year with Badjack10:
"95-97 Accord V-6 coil-overs. The V-6 coil-overs for the Accord are the closest you are gonna get to the right spring rate."

You can fit any rate you want if you go with Eibach ERS springs or equivalent. They come in various diameters and heights as well as rates.

As far as particular coil-over kits, all I can offer is to measure your shock body and ask vendors/sellers to provide sleeve I.D.
