I need a good amp to power my front and rear speakers. Should i get a 4 channel or a 2 channel. Also up front i have audiobahn components, and the rear im either gonna get 61/2 components or a nice set of 6x9's, but want to konw a good amp to use and to use a 4 channel or 2 channel, if i use a 2 channel and hook my speakers up in series, or parrallel what would be the advantages/disadvanteages of hooking it up that way. also i have heard of people using 2 amps to power speakers, like 1 amp for the left, and one for the right, or one for the front and 1 for the back. some input would be appreciated, thanks

For your coupe, there are 6x9's in the rear.
what you want to do is get a good 4 channel amp for the front, and a 2 channel amp for your subs.

Also, you may want to get a crossover.

for the rear i might just get a template to fit some components, but arent there some good amps out there with pretty good built in crossovers? so i wouldnt have to buy one? also i already have a ma audio 2500hc amp for my subs, i need an amp to power my fronts and rears

several amps (most now a days) have built in x-overs, but the outboard x-overs offer much more versatility of fine tuning the sound of your system = more USEABLE power = you being a happy camper
