are there already holes to bolt it on or do will i have to drill into my radiator

i have a hard time keeping the paint on my 90 grill from what i can see the grill on the other are not painted

i got my car painted about a year ago it was not a high dollar job so the paint used for that piece does not bond to plastic or bend so it just chips off you can see here
