heateds seats again

hi there,i am new to this forum,i now realise not many legends have heated seats which probably explains why no one knows the answer to my previous attempt.
I am hoping someone has had there seats apart so they can tell me what i am going to see.
What i want to know if there is a cutout bedise the element (overtemp saftey).
Chrisk surely you would know ,also how to get into the mothers
