I'm suspecting the heater (vacuum control) valve is faulty/bad sprayin88ac... it's connected in series with the lower heater hose, check vacuum hose(s) and remove/inspect valve to see if its operating properly.

NOTE: In order for the heater to be effective, engine cooling system should be operating at correct temperature with a properly operating thermostat. hope this helps

Thank you pnoye2, that was very interesting.
Blowers go bad but the actual heat going out isnt too common.
Never had to deal with one before but I'll know what to look for now if anything does happen.
