How do I post an MPEG???

Put it on a webserver so that you have an address like:

http://www.yourdomain.com/files/test1.mpg

Then you just click on the HTTP:// button in the post option, pout a name for the MPEG link, then put the entire URL to the file. You can post it at one of the free website or hosting places...
