Hey, I went to the mechanic today and not good news
it seems as if the noises which come from my car when accelerating come from the tranny according to my mechanic
it happens whenever i accelerate...loud machine like sound...maybe a sign that my tranny is about to go....it has 148 k miles on it
it never makes the sound when i put it in park and accelerate...only when acclerating

any one know what I can do to fix that? maybe a tranny flush? Honda atf maybe?
hwo knows if its even the tranny but the noise is hard to diagnose.
Please reply back or else i might be an Ex legend owner (
Thanks people

Sounds to me like an output shaft bearing noise... If it's from the tranny...

There is another possibilty, though, wheel bearings... Jack up your car (blocking the wheels, using jack stands) and put the tranny in Neutral.... Rotate one wheel at a time and listen closely... Do the same with the rear wheels, just in case... You can usually tell when it's at the back, but sometimes it resonates...

Good luck
